Impact: May cause balance endpoints to show brief (1-2 seconds) failure but a refresh should fix it.

0230 ET (30 mins): Pretrade upgrade. Impact: Some orders might see rejections for a brief moment.

0300 ET (30 mins): FIX Order entry gateways upgrade. FIX clients will experience temporary session disconnects during the period of rollout.

During this time, trading via Active Trader & REST api will continue to be available.
