Gemini Credit Card Bonus Merchant Rewards Not Credited for Transactions Between 9:00-9:30 AM EST
Investigating - We are aware of an issue with Gemini credit card bonus merchant-specific reward offers for transactions made between 9:00 and 9:30 AM EST on 9/20. We are working to ensure that bonus merchant rewards for eligible transactions are credited as soon as possible. Regular transaction rewards were not affected.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing an issue with the MyTrades endpoint and ActiveTrader (this only applies to Perpetuals), where trades that were filled, partially filled cancelled or opened from September 18, 15:40:31 ET to 17:01:02 ET will not be displayed in the ActiveTrader trade blotter or when the v1/mytrades endpoint is queried.

Our team is actively investigating the cause and working on a resolution.
