AUD Deposit Instructions temporarily unavailable on Mobile App

We have identified an issue affecting the retrieval of AUD deposit instructions via the mobile app. The instructions remain accessible through the Gemini web interface.

In the mobile app, customers can still view their AUD bank transfer details by tapping “Deposit” and then “Deposit from bank.”

Please ensure the mobile app is updated to the latest version:

Note for iOS users: Updates may not always show in “Available Updates.” To check manually, search for the Gemini app in the App Store. If an update is available, the “Open” button will appear as “Update.”
