Our teams have identified the root cause of this issue and are working to implement a fix. We will be deploying a change to our production environment to address this issue today, Thursday, September 18th at approximately 2pm EST. During this time, users may experience brief disconnections from the Websocket service as the change rolls out.

We will share further updates here once this has been completed.

We are investigating reports of some users periodically observing crossed books when subscribing to L2 updates via the Gemini /v2/marketdata feed. Our team will share further updates here as our investigation progresses.
